GEMKAR Construction Industry and Trade Limited Company brings together the experience its team has gained since 2009 in construction, infrastructure, landscaping, outdoor works and urban furniture. We deliver contracting and site services for public and private projects of different scales, assessing technical requirements alongside actual site conditions.

Our work centres on buildings, infrastructure, landscaping, outdoor works and civil engineering structures. From educational and service buildings to sports facilities, social facilities and outdoor spaces, we aim to deliver functional, durable work that fits the project as a whole. We treat underground networks, paving and equipment details as complementary parts of one delivery process.

Coordination from planning to the site

At the start of each job, we review the scope, construction drawings, technical specification and existing site conditions together. This assessment guides our work sequence, team organisation, materials and schedule. We coordinate civil engineering, electrical engineering, landscaping and technical site expertise to keep transitions between disciplines running smoothly.

Throughout delivery, we maintain open communication with the client, share decisions with the relevant teams and assess site changes promptly. Quality encompasses material selection, preparation, inspection and handover, as well as the finished appearance. Occupational safety, environmental responsibility and efficient resource use are integral to this approach.
