From buildings and infrastructure to landscaping and civil engineering structures, we bring together engineering, fabrication and site delivery for public and private sector projects.

At GEMKAR Construction, our quality policy is based on planning and managing contracting and site works in line with the project's technical requirements and the client's defined needs. We see quality not merely as an outcome checked at completion, but as an approach that must inform every decision and operation from preparation to handover.

Before work begins, construction drawings, technical specifications, quantities and site conditions are reviewed together. Work sequences, staffing and materials procurement are assessed against the scope. Materials and methods must meet project requirements, with approvals and inspections coordinated with the schedule. Interdependent work across disciplines is managed through shared coordination.
During site work, we monitor relevant dimensions, levels, connections, surfaces and installation details. Timely checks before work is covered, communication of nonconformities and follow-up of corrections are fundamental to our approach. Our aim is effective quality control throughout delivery, as well as at completion.

We see open, regular communication between the client, technical team and site organisation as part of quality management. We ensure that project changes and execution decisions are properly communicated. Compliance with safety rules, an orderly workplace, reduced material waste and attention to environmental impacts also form part of our delivery approach.

When works are complete, we prepare for handover in line with the project scope and share inspection details and relevant operating information with the parties involved. We improve our methods by reviewing site experience and client feedback. Our quality policy aims to sustain a service approach built on technical responsibility, open communication and traceable processes across all projects.
